Prices
- Price for the villa: 120€/night
- Price for extra bed or cot: 15€/night
- Discounts: 10% for stays longer or equal to 7 nights
Conditions
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Check-in: 16:00 – 20:00
- Check-out: 11:00
- Standard Capacity: 4 guests
- Maximum capacity, with extra bed or cot: 5 guests
Payment
- 50% in the first 48 hours after booking, to confirm the reservation
- 50% remaining until 30 days before arrival
- Payments by bank transfer
Cancellations
- Full refund of booking amount if cancelled 30 days before check-in
Security deposit
- 100€ in cash upon arrival (returned at check-out)
Check the days required after check-in until the check-out day, inclusive.
